Shambaugh & Son, L.P. provides Fire Protection, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, ammonia, industrial refrigeration, and process control services to The Semiconductor, Electric Vehicle, cold storage, distribution, healthcare, industrial, and all other institutional industries throughout the USA.

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is proud to have been approved through the Department of Defense SkillBridge programs which offer civilian job training to active duty transitioning service members, into Living Wage Careers. This includes Skilled Trade pathways into Sprinkler Fitting, the Pipe Trades, Fire Alarm, Electrical and other Building and Construction Trade Unions and Design Engineering. Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is committed to helping you during your transition.

The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, and our CSB individual internships during the last 180 days of service. Our program is flexible to fit your transition timeline.

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. has been in business since 1926 and this program provides a flexible (based on your availability) 90-180 Days program that assists Service members by helping them gain industry knowledge in the Fire Protection and other Industries that we serve. There is no cost for our program, so you keep the GI Bill in your pocket. You will be reimbursed for any out of pocket lodging or food expenses. Our programs are specifically designed to help Service members transition into a full-time living wage career with us after completion of the program.
